Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Engineers to support sales growth of our laboratory equipment business across various locations. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, promoting products, generating leads, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for laboratory equipment and scientific instruments.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, references, and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable laboratory solutions.
- Coordinate with customers for product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Support senior sales team members in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, laboratories, institutions, industries, and dealers.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Provide basic product information and coordinate with technical teams whenever required.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn laboratory equipment/products.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for sales activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with technical qualifications (BE/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI) who are interested in sales roles are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, industrial products, or technical sales will be preferred.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare technology sales while working closely with senior sales leaders and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Support the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to order closure.
Build relationships with hospitals, physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation clinics, sports academies, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct introductory product presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
Coordinate with internal service and operations teams for successful project execution.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and customer meetings.
Develop strong knowledge of rehabilitation, robotic therapy, and sports science technologies.
Travel across India as required.
Candidate Profile
