About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on operations leader to take complete ownership of Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions. The role requires strong control over ground operations, inventory accuracy, dispatch discipline, and process-driven execution to build a scalable and efficient supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across locations
- Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory at all times
- Own inventory control, reconciliation, and stock accuracy discipline
- Enforce SOPs across inwarding, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns
- Drive warehouse productivity, dispatch accuracy, and OTIF performance
- Manage transport coordination, documentation, and shipment tracking
- Improve logistics cost efficiency without impacting service levels
- Build dashboards, review mechanisms, and control systems
- Strengthen process compliance, audit readiness, and system discipline
- Lead and manage warehouse, logistics, and support teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operations-focused leader with deep W&L experience
- Hands-on in both physical warehouse execution and system/process control
- Experience in inventory-heavy environments with multiple SKUs
- Good understanding of warehouse flow, dispatch, transport, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage teams, enforce discipline, and reduce leakages
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in polymer sales or telecom industry. The role involves business development, client handling, and market expansion for reprocessed engineering polymers across the Tricity and nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer/engineering plastics market
- Promote and sell reprocessed polymers including:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories (Baddi, Nalagarh, Parwanoo, etc.)
