Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial transactions.Generate and manage E-Invoices, Challans, and related documentation.Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.Maintain sales, purchase, and payment records.Assist in GST-related documentation and record maintenance.Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related matters.Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of Tally ERP.Familiarity with E-Invoicing and Challan generation.Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce or a related field (preferred).Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
