Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and domestic/international travel plans.
Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Serve as the central liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Project Management
Track and coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives led by the MD.
Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
Support key activities such as product launches, marketing reviews, and campaign evaluations.
Cosmetics Industry Insight & Admin
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and beauty industry developments.
Collaborate with brand, marketing, operations, and R&D teams for ongoing project updates.
Support the coordination of events, influencer campaigns, product photoshoots, and trade shows.
Office & Operational Coordination
Manage day-to-day office operations related to the MD’s office.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation relevant to the MD’s responsibilities.
Handle sensitive HR, legal, and compliance-related documents with discretion.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or similar setup.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools.
Interest or passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cosmetic/beauty industry operations or marketing teams.
Experience coordinating events, influencer campaigns, or trade exhibitions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support for travel bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
Assist customers with domestic and international travel reservations including flights, hotels, packages, and transportation.
Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, travel policies, and company offerings.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal departments such as ticketing, operations, and sales for quick issue resolution.
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, or value-added packages.
Maintain and update customer records and booking details in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection norms.
Work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, based on business requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in a customer service role within the travel or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in using GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of travel documentation (visa, passport, ticketing procedures, etc.).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center operations
