Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Engineers who are passionate about electronics, customer service, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for the company’s products. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively and quickly adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation EngineeringMaster’s Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline will also be considered

Key Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, repair, and provide customer training for all products represented by the company.Handle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.Provide prompt technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.Support the sales team during product demonstrations and sales lead generation.Learn and adapt to new technologies and product updates.Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.Contribute towards achieving individual and team service targets.Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and support activities.

Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge in Electronics Engineering.Knowledge of electronics repair and troubleshooting.Familiarity with application software and LAN networking.Excellent customer handling and communication skills.Leadership and team coordination abilities (preferred for Senior Engineer).Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.Reliable, responsible, and performance-oriented.Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
