Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, restaurants, and local businesses to promote POS software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in field sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and nearby areas.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in polymer sales or telecom industry. The role involves business development, client handling, and market expansion for reprocessed engineering polymers across the Tricity and nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer/engineering plastics market
- Promote and sell reprocessed polymers including:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories (Baddi, Nalagarh, Parwanoo, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert them into business closures
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable material solutions
- Negotiate pricing, follow up on orders, and ensure timely closures
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
