Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer to ensure smooth testing operations and maintain the quality of Lithium Battery Packs. The candidate will be responsible for performing charge/discharge testing, functional testing, recording test data, and identifying any abnormalities during the testing process while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct charge/discharge testing and functional testing of lithium battery packs and cells.
Operate testing equipment, fixtures, and measuring instruments accurately.
Record and maintain test data, reports, and testing logs.
Identify abnormalities, defects, or deviations during testing and report them to the concerned team.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and testing guidelines.
Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and lithium battery safety practices.
Support troubleshooting activities and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the testing area.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in electronics
1–3 years of experience in battery pack testing or a related field.
knowledge of Lithium-ion battery packs,lithium cells,lithium cells chemistry.
Experience in lithium battery charge/discharge testing, EOL testing and functional testing.
Ability to operate testing equipment and measuring instruments like charger, DC load, Discharger, ageing machine, functional testing machine.
Understanding of quality standards, testing procedures, and safety requirements.
Basic computer knowledge for test data recording and reporting.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Awareness of ESD and lithium battery safety practices.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) and battery pack assembly processes.
Familiarity with test reports, data analysis, and quality documentation.
Ability to work in shifts and collaborate effectively with production and quality teams.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as National Sales Manager – Food ; Feed located at Corporate Office New Delhi reporting to MD/Chairman. You will be responsible for driving sales by acquiring and managing Key Accounts (i.e. Manufacturers of Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Aquaculture Feed, besides Manufacturers of Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Rice, Fortified Flour etc.) and ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross- functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. acquiring and managing distributors/dealers, key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be (a) Acquiring distributors/dealers and Key Customers – Foor Manufacturers, (b) Activating them by sales, and Retaining them Active by regular visits and communication; (c) Creating and managing sales team, distribution/dealer network; (d) Doing field-work by visiting customers and working with distributors/dealers; (e) Monitoring competitors and gathering information on their activities. You should be able to formulate and implement promotional activities, sales schemes/trade offers, besides designing marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing besides prospect vendors etc. You must have product management experience (i.e. market awareness on trends; market survey, market feedback of new products in domestic & international markets; introduce new innovative products; study international brands not found in Indian market; understands costing and pricing to introduce new products; coordinate New Product Development; designing marketing collaterals, packaging and literature. You should be updated with Regulatory standards. Must be able to travel 15-20 days/month. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Strong knowledge of selling ingredients to manufacturers of Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed,

Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts and onboard new shippers within the U.S. domestic market.
Handle full-cycle brokerage operations — quoting, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, dispatch coordination, and load tracking.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and drivers across multiple equipment types (Flatbed, Step-deck, RGN, Dry Van, Reefer). Ensure consistent communication with clients and proactively resolve service issues or delays. Leverage Warrior Trucking’s dispatch, compliance, and accounting teams for backend operational support.
Meet monthly gross margin and load volume targets.
Requirements
Must have an existing U.S. customer base or consistent load flow with verifiable accounts. Proven experience in U.S. freight brokerage (Drayage/Flatbed / OTR segment preferred).
Strong understanding of U.S. geography, freight lanes, and rate dynamics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer and carrier relations independently.
CRM proficiency (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, or similar TMS platforms).
Ability to work U.S. business hours from Gurugram office.
