Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales of Equipment and Services:
Promote and sell coal beneficiation equipment, including:
Vibrating Screens
Cyclones
Centrifuges
Magnetic Separators
Flotation Cells
Filter Presses
Dry Sorting Equipment
Market and sell consultation, design, and engineering services tailored to the coal processing industry.
2. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and prioritize market segments and geographies with high potential.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and technical support.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and live product demonstrations.
Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal technical teams.
4. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Translate market insights into actionable sales opportunities and product development suggestions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and consultation teams to align product specifications and delivery timelines with client expectations.
Provide client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
6. Marketing and Promotional Activities:
Support the development of marketing content, product brochures, and sales collateral.
Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related technical discipline; MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, preferably in the coal beneficiation or mineral processing sector.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mineral processing equipment and plant operations is essential.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of beneficiation equipment and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
Strategic thinking with an ability to analyze markets and align efforts to business goals.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within mining or heavy engineering industries.
Experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) clients or public sector undertakings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify packaging integrity, label accuracy, and batch traceability of
finished goods ready for dispatch.
Ensure all packed units comply with quality specifications, including packaging
appearance, batch numbers, MRP, expiry dates, etc.
Perform line clearance and final product release checks prior to warehouse transfer
or dispatch.
Review and maintain QA checklists, dispatch logs, and batch release documents.
Report and document any non-conformances, initiate corrective/preventive actions
where needed.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to manage QA holds or
urgent deliveries.
Ensure proper storage and handling of finished goods prior to shipment.
Train or guide packing staff on quality expectations and SOP adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Pharm / B.Sc in Chemistry / any Graduate / related field preferred
1-2 years or more of QA experience in a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG
environment preferred but not mandated
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Working knowledge of batch records, SOPs, and QA tools
Proficient in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skill
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to both cosmetic and drug product packaging processes
Experience in visual inspection, label verification, and quality sampling procedures
Familiarity with quality documentation and batch release systems

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical
Sciences, or related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
Solid understanding of formulation chemistry, manufacturing processes, and
cosmetic regulations.
Proficiency in managing lab operations, stability testing, and product documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in natural/organic/clean beauty product development.
Familiarity with global cosmetic ingredient standards and labeling regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
