Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve defined sales targets.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures when required.
- Develop and assign individual sales quotas and territories.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and margin analysis.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Build scalable sales processes and improve existing systems.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Review departmental reports including sales forecasts and profitability margins.
- Maintain strong communication between management and sales teams.
- Gather market intelligence and industry trends to recommend product development initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong internal employee relationships.
