Role Summary
The Project Head – Site Interior Fitouts is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of largescale interior projects. The role oversees all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Develop detailed project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors including MEP, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, joinery, and other trades
• Plan procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

2. Site Management

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to specifications
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Maintain site documentation and progress records

3. Budget and Cost Control

4. Client and Stakeholder Communication

• Conduct inspections and manage snag lists
