About the Role:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting international clients by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights. This position involves working with global accounting standards, developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Month END Closing: – Analyse the P&L and Balance sheet for the month, accurate accruals, and maintain a schedule as per month-end Planning.
- Payroll Process: – Payroll-related activity pay run every fortnight, on boarding and maintain records.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts, Bank Accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, PAYG, PAYGI, and adherence to tax regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct a thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support.

- Qualification- B.com/ Mcom Regular/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CMA
- Experience- 2+ Years (with knowledge of MIS and other MS tools)

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping for client accounts
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, AR/AP, and general ledger

BAS & Compliance
- Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements)
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
Payroll Management
- Process payroll end-to-end for clients
- Handle payroll compliance including superannuation, PAYG, and payroll reports
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies
Client Management
- Act as the primary accounting point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and resolve queries
- Provide timely updates and support on accounting matters
Reporting & Support
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support external auditors and tax consultants with required documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, BAS, Payroll, GST
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience handling multiple clients is preferred
- Exposure to international accounting (Australia preferred) is an added advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance
- Accounting certification or diploma is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently

The role involves architecting and delivering SAP TDP solutions as part of an excise tax implementation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP TDP, excise tax processes, and global SAP project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, global SAP TDP project deliveries.
- Drive strategic client engagement and provide target architecture design.
- Conduct detailed design workshops with global stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of excise tax solutions using SAP TDP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Ensure compliance with excise tax regulations and audit requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP TDP.
- In-depth knowledge of excise tax and global tax determination solutions.
- Proven experience working on ETD / extended TDP applications, including:
- KOM-specific gap analysis and configuration
- Country-specific configuration and tax determination logic
- Design and maintenance of configuration tables and selection parameters
- Process logging to ensure auditability
- Controlled master data and configuration management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on global SAP tax implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
