Responsibilities:
* Managing HR Systems & Data: Overseeing and maintaining HR operating systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and managing the flow of HR information.
* Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and other HR-related compliance.
* Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, providing support on HR matters, and resolving employee issues.
* HR Policies & Procedures: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective onboarding of new hires.
* Employee Benefits : Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate communication and administration of benefits.
* Performance Management : Supporting the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
* HR Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring key HR metrics, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Project Management : Managing HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
* Training & Development: Providing training and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in sales/finance).
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Description
1. Responsible for revenue generation by way of space selling, sponsorship Sales, Digital Sales, cold calls, research-based sales, market research and executing Sales strategies.
2. The successful candidates will be ultimately requested to develop new exhibitors, as well as maintain / upgrade existing ones running in and to ensure their smooth targets achievement.
3. Ensuring Market Research in the sector of assigned Portfolio given to him / her.
4. Ability to do research-based sales.
5. Being know the exhibitors profile & requirements from ground with relevant associations support. (Regional, National )
6. Getting on ground report of exhibitor’s requirements
7. Co-ordination with Exhibitors & Government Authorities for smooth participation of an exhibitor in event.
8. Understand existing database & craft the strategies to develop new database.
9. Understand the core markets of exhibitors explore and drive sales.
10. Developing and maximising relationships with existing and new exhibitors
11. Excellent Client Servicing in addition to sales
Qualifications
1. Minimum Graduation is MUST (Irrespective of any stream), MBA preferred
2. Should have minimum 2-5 years of working experience
3. Proven track record of F2F meetings, B2B & B2C business development
4. Ability to work on pressure situation with multitasking
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
