QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)
As our QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in improving and maintaining the quality of our
applications. Initially, you will focus on manual testing to understand our application’s current
structure and needs. Over time, you will establish and implement automated testing
frameworks to streamline our QA processes.
Your responsibilities
• Perform thorough and accurate manual testing of our web applications to identify
defects and usability issues.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and document results.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand features and application
workflows.
• Provide detailed documentation of findings and ensure proper resolution before
production releases.
• Establish and implement automated testing frameworks for our applications, with a
focus on end-to-end, integration, and regression testing and make them available to our
development teams
• Develop scripts and scenarios to validate critical workflows and ensure system stability.
• Establish concepts and infrastructure to make up-to-date test data available for
integrations tests.
• Continuously improve and maintain the automation suite as our application grows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on test requirements and
priorities.
Your Profile
We’re seeking candidates who embody the following:
• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on both manual and automated
testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, NUnit, or
equivalent).
• Experience in frontend (React) and backend (.NET) testing, with knowledge of REST APIs
and integration points.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code principles.
• Familiarity with security-focused testing and experience ensuring alignment with ISO
27001 or similar standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, specifically Azure and Platform as a Service
Approach
• Knowledge of performance testing and load-testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with Entra ID and SSO-related testing in secure applications.
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor with 5–10 years of experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience with brands such as Audi, Volkswagen Group (Skoda), BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Lexus, or other premium/luxury/supercar segments.
The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer interaction, service coordination, and process management to ensure an exceptional service experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
Inspect vehicles alongside customers to understand their concerns and accurately document service requirements.
Recommend appropriate repairs, services, and maintenance based on vehicle diagnostics and history.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are addressed with accuracy and urgency.
Provide cost estimates, timelines, and updates to customers throughout the service cycle.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with complete service documentation.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to brand-specific service standards.
Handle escalations, warranty claims, and service-related queries efficiently.
Promote additional services, accessories, or maintenance plans where appropriate.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services recommended, and services performed.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
5–10 years of experience as a Service Advisor with premium/luxury automotive brands.
Required Skills & Certifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, proactive, and customer-centric approach.
Strong technical understanding of luxury vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Ability to manage multiple customers and service orders efficiently.
Knowledge of DMS/CRM systems and relevant service management tools.
Certifications from OEMs (Audi / BMW / Mercedes-Benz / VW Group, etc.) will be an added advantage.
