Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Account with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in accounting software and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
• Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
• Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle accounting independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Educational Qualification:

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analysis to support practice and practice development initiatives.
2. Prepare submissions for rankings, directories, and awards.
3. Draft, maintain, and update Firm profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral.
4. Track market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to the Firm and its practice areas.

10. Liaise with Partners and teams across offices to coordinate practice development projects and deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience in law firm management, legal research, legal rankings, PR, or professional services is a plus.
2. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online databases, social media, and digital tools.
