About the Role:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting international clients by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights. This position involves working with global accounting standards, developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Month END Closing: – Analyse the P&L and Balance sheet for the month, accurate accruals, and maintain a schedule as per month-end Planning.
  4. Payroll Process: – Payroll-related activity pay run every fortnight, on boarding and maintain records.
  5. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts, Bank Accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
  6. Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  7. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, PAYG, PAYGI, and adherence to tax regulations.
  8. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Financial Analysis: Conduct a thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support.

Requirements:.

  3. Qualification- B.com/ Mcom Regular/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CMA
  4. Experience- 2+ Years (with knowledge of MIS and other MS tools)

Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing,
 Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
 Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within mechanical, manufacturing, productivity automobile industries.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Proven experience in optimizing production processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
 In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• End to end project management activities right from project initiation stage till final product

delivery

• Determine and define project scope and objectives as per customer requirement and needs.

• Determine project specifications by thorough study of performance standards, requirements and

technical studies.

• Effectively communicate across business functions and different stakeholders

• Interact with suppliers and technicians to deliver according to the project deadlines.

• Interact with suppliers as needed for selecting components and clarifying technical queries

• Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures

• Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and

• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and identify potential challenges.

Budget Management:

• Estimate project costs and formulate budgets in collaboration with the finance department.• Monitor project expenses, exercise cost control, and make adjustments as needed.

• Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a diverse team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Offer guidance, support, and motivation to team members.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure projects adhere to relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

• Implement and sustain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide consistent project updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.

• Identify opportunities for additional services and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.

• Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the project.

Qualifications:

• Diploma- Electrical Engineering or a related field with 2-3 yrs experience

• Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial projects.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in relevant tools.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in electrical estimation

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS -Excel and MS-Word is a must

• Knowledge of Kannada is a must
