We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage backend operations while supporting customer interactions through inbound and outbound calling, chat support, and voice processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track project budgets and actual costs across HVAC scopes
• Review and control costs for non-fixed PO items to ensure alignment with project budgets
• Analyze cost variances and identify risks, trends, and potential overruns
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for project stakeholders
• Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency
• Validate invoices, subcontractor billing, and purchase orders against budgets
• Support forecasting and cash flow planning for ongoing projects
• Maintain cost control logs, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Assist in implementing cost control procedures and best practices
• Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams for cost benchmarking and updates
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cost control / project cost management (HVAC or MEP
projects preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong background in HVAC systems and construction projects
• Proven experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools
• Ability to interpret project drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills

We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to join our growing team in the dermatology division. This is a full-time, field-based role, ideal for professionals with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the dermatology segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Strategically promote our dermatological product range within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement monthly doctor visit plans for all team members and ensure effective execution through regular reviews and follow-ups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential Dermatologists.
Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially Dermatologists, to ensure consistent prescriptions.
Oversee sales operations and monitor stock availability in the assigned area.
Supervise and support team activities including fieldwork, client meetings, and product detailing.
Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking of the sales team.
Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dermatology segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
