Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to join our growing team in the dermatology division. This is a full-time, field-based role, ideal for professionals with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the dermatology segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Strategically promote our dermatological product range within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement monthly doctor visit plans for all team members and ensure effective execution through regular reviews and follow-ups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential Dermatologists.
Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially Dermatologists, to ensure consistent prescriptions.
Oversee sales operations and monitor stock availability in the assigned area.
Supervise and support team activities including fieldwork, client meetings, and product detailing.
Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking of the sales team.
Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dermatology segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.

Key Objectives:
● Ensure strict control, transparency and efficiency in warranty and service operations, &
reporting to reduce overall Warranty & Replacement cost of the company.
● Reduce Turn-around-Time for replacement for customers to ensure higher customer
satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
● Service Operations Management
○ Oversee Service operations across all branch locations (PAN India).
○ Ensure smooth coordination and standardize processes.

○ Monitor branch performance and resolve operational issues.
● Warranty Approval & Control
○ Review and approve/reject warranty claims from branches.
○ Verify serial number authenticity and invoice date and warranty validity.
○ Inspect physical condition (bulge, leakage, misuse)
○ Ensure only genuine claims are approved.
● Supplier Claim Management
○ Compile and submit claims to suppliers.
○ Maintain documentation ( photos,reports,batch details )
○ Follow up for credit notes and FOC replacements.
● Audits & Verification

○ Verify scrap and pending warranty cases.
○ Perform random checks to prevent unauthorized claims.

● MIS & Reporting
○ Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across locations.
○ Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards.
○ Ensure timely submission of reports from all branches.
○ Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
○ Track key performance metrics across all branches.
○ Share reports with management for review and planning.
● Data Analysis & Insights
○ Analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps.
○ Highlight performance issues and improvement areas.
○ Provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
● SOP Implementation & Training
○ Implement SOPs across all branches.
○ Train teams on processes and best practices.
○ Ensure all branches follow warranty SOP and documentation standard.
● Cost Control
○ Monitor replace % vs sales
○ Track branch-wise variance
○ Highlight abnormal trends and take corrective action.

Requirements:
 Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce / IT / Analytics).
 Experience in warranty handling and multi-location coordination.
 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
 Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in handling logistics / service / inventory data.
● Knowledge of ERP or MIS software.
● Good command on MS Excel
● Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cost Manager with strong expertise in Civil Interior Works for corporate workplace projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity surveying, vendor coordination, commercial management, and client interaction throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of interior fit-out works, and the ability to manage project costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. BOQ & Cost Estimation

• Prepare detailed BOQs for civil and interior fit-out works based on GFC drawings, concept designs, and site requirements.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates, budgeting, and cost benchmarks.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent.
• Maintain updated market rates for materials, labour, finishes, and vendor pricing.

2. Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management

• Perform quantity take-offs for civil and interior works including flooring, ceilings, partitions, finishes, joinery, and related packages.
• Monitor project costs from design development through execution and closure.
• Manage variations, billing certifications, subcontractor evaluations, and final account settlements.
• Ensure commercial compliance and budget control across projects.

3. Tendering & Vendor Coordination

• Float RFQs, analyse quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for civil interior packages.
• Validate vendor bills against BOQs, approved rates, and site progress.
• Support procurement and commercial finalisation activities.

4. Client Coordination & Pre-Sales Support

• Participate in client discussions for cost presentations, budgeting, and BOQ clarifications.
• Collaborate with design and business development teams during proposal and tender stages.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and project cost plans.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain commercial documentation, approvals, contracts, and project trackers.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and cash flow projections for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• 5–6 years of experience in costing, quantity surveying, and commercial management for workplace interiors or corporate fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, execution methodologies, and commercial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

Preferred

• Experience in corporate workplace interiors and turnkey fit-out projects.
• Exposure to vendor management, billing, and project commercial closures.
