Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales of our building products across assigned territories in Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, relationship management, and business development within the building materials or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through retailers, contractors, and end users.
• Appoint new dealers/retailers and strengthen the existing dealer network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, architects, and other influencers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with internal teams.
• Promote the company’s products and execute marketing initiatives in the assigned territory.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, paints, hardware, sanitaryware, cement, steel, or related industries.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
