Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international
environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Flexibility to work during Australian business hours.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• GREET, ENGAGE, AND CONSULT CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS.
• PREPARE DESIGN DRAWINGS, MOOD BOARDS, AND PRESENTATIONS.
• PRESENT AND FINALIZE COLOUR SCHEMES, MATERIALS, AND FINISHES.
• MANAGE PROJECT QUOTATIONS FOR KITCHENS, WARDROBES, AND RELATED FITTINGS.
• COORDINATE WITH CLIENTS, ARCHITECTS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS FOR UPDATES AND SITE CLARIFICATIONS.
• LEAD CLIENT MEETINGS, SHOWROOM TOURS, AND SITE VISITS.
• ENSURE SMOOTH COMMUNICATION FROM DESIGN APPROVAL TO PROJECT HANDOVER.
• HANDLE PAYMENT FOLLOW-UPS AND VENDOR COORDINATION FOR TIMELY EXECUTION.
• COLLABORATE WITH SALES AND MANAGEMENT TO MAINTAIN PROJECT TIMELINES.
• ENSURE PROJECT CLOSURE WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND CLIENT SATISFACTION.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• DEGREE/DIPLOMA IN INTERIOR DESIGN.
• MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN MODULAR KITCHENS/WARDROBES OR LUXURY INTERIORS.
• PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD (2D) AND BASIC DESIGN PRESENTATION TOOLS.
• PROFICIENT IN MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT, CANVA
• EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR, MODULAR INDUSTRY PREFERRED.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD (2D)
• PROFICIENT IN MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT, CANVA
• KNOWLEDGE OF USING AI TOOLS
• EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR, MODULAR INDUSTRY PREFERRED.
