Responsible for client handling
Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
Physical fit for extensive travelling (24*7)
Good hands on Microsoft excel , word & Power point.
Reliable & consistent performer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Taking consultations for offline and online clients.
Preparing diet plans for the enrolled clients and taking regular follow up with clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
Work closely with the clients and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand off and service delivery.
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in taking diet consultations, preparing diet charts, providing recipes for different health foods.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups,
Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
Able to work with minimum support, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
Taking orders from upper management and working as per the system requirements
Abiding with the company policies.
Ability to work under pressure situations and with multiple clients.
