Role Overview
We are seeking a Software & Embedded Systems Engineer who can bridge the gap between hardware and application software. The role involves developing embedded firmware, communication protocols, and POS software modules, while also supporting hardware design when needed.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop firmware in Embedded C for ARM microcontrollers.
 Handle data management and database integration.
 Design and implement communication protocols for microcontroller-to-device communication.
 Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation.
 Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure system-wide optimization.
 Provide backup support for PCB and circuit design.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
 5+ years of experience in embedded software
 Strong skills in Embedded C, C, C++, communication protocol design, and database handling.
 Debugging skills to decode and resolve software issues
 Experience in application development framework (.NET, Android, React, Flutter) shall be an additional advantage.
 Knowledge of ARM microcontrollers, PCB/circuit design basics. Work experience in related field shall be an additional advantage
 Exposure to mechanical 3D design tools (NX, SolidWorks) shall be an additional advantage
 Good communication skills.
 Very strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
 Ability to work independently as well as, in a task- oriented, dynamic team environment with a positive attitude.

Urgent hiring for the General Manager- IoT Delivery profile for the Pune location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale IoT deployment programs, Installation & commissioning of Smart Ship Hub platform across fleets and global clients.
2. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (IoT engineering, platform development, data analytics, and customer success) and external partners (hardware vendors, ship operators, system integrators).
4. Develop detailed project plans, milestone tracking dashboards, and progress reports for management and customers.
5. Ensure IoT device provisioning, testing, and integration with platform services are completed as per defined SLAs.
6. Drive governance meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
7. Manage risk assessment, change control, and issue resolution for all program components.
8. Track and report program KPIs deployment velocity, uptime, data accuracy, performance analytics delivery.
9. Support continuous process improvement and standardization of IoT program delivery practices.
10. Mentor and guide team members or coordinators assigned under the program.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Solid understanding of IoT ecosystem components devices, sensors, gateways, cloud platforms, communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, RTU, TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Proprietary protocols, NMEA, etc.).
2. Strong project management skills for multi-stream, cross-functional projects.
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Project or equivalent).
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to technical and operational details.
6. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, global, and maritime environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Marine, IT, or related field).
2. 15+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in program management of large-scale IoT, Industrial Automation, or Maritime Digitalization projects.
3. Prior experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, or other asset-heavy industries is an advantage.
