Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required.
• Use Google Sheet to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information
• Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your Focus Areas:
BFSI: Help banking apps, digital wallets, and fintech platforms enhance their customer experience and drive engagement.
Gaming: Work with mobile game developers and publishers to optimize user experiences and increase player retention.
Streaming: Collaborate with OTT platforms and digital entertainment apps to boost customer satisfaction and viewer retention.
Other Sectors: E-commerce, health-tech, ed-tech, ride-sharing—industries where mobile apps are integral to customer engagement.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in mobile technology, analytics, or customer engagement platforms.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and how user experience drives success.
Established network and experience in the SEA and Indian markets.
Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value for clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a growth mindset.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
Experience working with cross-border teams and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of APAC data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, IT Act, RBI guidelines).

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to brainstorm and develop
innovative visual concepts for FMCG advertising campaigns.
• Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for

• Develop storyboards and visual mock-ups to present ideas and concepts to clients

• Work closely with Copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and

• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine and perfect

Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
