Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Account with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in accounting software and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
- Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle accounting independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
