Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Oversight:
o Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and
WIP (Work-in-Progress).
o Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement or stock adjustments to
avoid shortages or overstocking.
o Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate
and resolve discrepancies.
Inventory Systems Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems.
o Update material master data.
Coordination & Communication:
o Work closely with procurement to ensure timely receipt of raw materials
and packaging supplies.
o Coordinate with production planning to align inventory availability with
manufacturing schedules.
o Liaise with quality control to manage quarantined or rejected materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
o Generate inventory reports, including turnover rates, aging reports, and
consumption trends.
o Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and optimize
storage space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in cosmetics,
pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with contract manufacturing or third-party logistics (3PL).
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and inventory analysis tools.

QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)
As our QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in improving and maintaining the quality of our
applications. Initially, you will focus on manual testing to understand our application’s current
structure and needs. Over time, you will establish and implement automated testing
frameworks to streamline our QA processes.
Your responsibilities
• Perform thorough and accurate manual testing of our web applications to identify
defects and usability issues.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and document results.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand features and application
workflows.
• Provide detailed documentation of findings and ensure proper resolution before
production releases.
• Establish and implement automated testing frameworks for our applications, with a
focus on end-to-end, integration, and regression testing and make them available to our
development teams
• Develop scripts and scenarios to validate critical workflows and ensure system stability.
• Establish concepts and infrastructure to make up-to-date test data available for
integrations tests.
• Continuously improve and maintain the automation suite as our application grows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on test requirements and
priorities.
Your Profile
We’re seeking candidates who embody the following:
• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on both manual and automated
testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, NUnit, or
equivalent).
• Experience in frontend (React) and backend (.NET) testing, with knowledge of REST APIs
and integration points.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code principles.
• Familiarity with security-focused testing and experience ensuring alignment with ISO
27001 or similar standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, specifically Azure and Platform as a Service
Approach
• Knowledge of performance testing and load-testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with Entra ID and SSO-related testing in secure applications.
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
