Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA fresher to join our Business Development team in the workplace interiors segment. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and corporate client management. You will support the Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
·Initiate contact with prospective clients, brokers, and consultants
Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior Business Development team members
Maintain and update lead databases and track follow-ups regularly
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication materials
Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required
Ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
Required Skills
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of confidence and willingness to engage in cold calling/Meeting clients
Good organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and execution
Preferred Profile
Internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing
Interest in B2B sales, corporate clients, or the interiors/real estate industry
Basic understanding of client relationship management and sales processes

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing interior layout plans, detailed drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the design team in developing mood boards, material boards, and concept presentations.
• Conduct site measurements, surveys, and assist in supervision when required.
• Source and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor items as per design intent.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain samples, quotes, and specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and help with design revisions and updates.
• Stay updated with current trends, materials, and techniques in interiordesign.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in InteriorDesign or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge of software like SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, or any rendering tools is an advantage.
• Strong design sensibility, detailing skills, and aesthetic understanding.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle basic supervision under guidance.
