Key Responsibilities: –
Configure and support SAP TD module to meet business requirements related to secondary distribution, shipment scheduling, and freight cost management.
Design and implement solutions for truck loading, route determination, shipment creation, and delivery tracking.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Ensure seamless integration of TD with other modules like TSW (Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management).
Handle enhancements, change requests, and provide production support. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Document technical/functional specifications and prepare end-user training materials. Work with cross-functional teams for project delivery and post-go-live support.

Must-Have Skills: –
5+ years of experience in SAP Logistics with specialization in Transportation and Distribution (TD).
Strong understanding of truck loading scenarios, shipment creation, shipment cost calculation, and shipment execution.
Hands-on experience with secondary distribution processes in SAP.
Good exposure to TSW integration for industries like Oil & Gas.
Familiar with HPM (Hydrocarbon Product Management) and exchange scenarios (optional but preferred). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good-to-Have: –
Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Agri-business sectors.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
Basic knowledge of SAP CPE (Commodity Pricing Engine)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:
● Promote company offerings to students.
● Conduct live product demonstrations and engage with the target audience.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into admissions.
2. Campus Engagement:
● Plan and execute campaigns in colleges to increase brand visibility and adoption.
● Build relationships with campus authorities to get permissions for promotional activities.
● Host or support events, seminars, or workshops to engage the target audience.
3. Onboarding AMBs:
● Identify and recruit students as a college Ambassador.
● Train AMBs on their roles and responsibilities, including promoting the brand, driving app
downloads, and data collection.
● Support AMBs in their activities to achieve desired results.
4. App Downloads and Data Collection:
● Actively encourage students to download the app and register.
● Collect accurate data from the target audience and ensure its timely submission.
5. Market Research and Insights:
● Collect feedback from students on the company’s offerings.
● Identify opportunities to increase market share by analyzing competitors’ activities and trends
in the education sector.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
● Submit daily/weekly reports on activities, sales, and other performance metrics.
● Ensure proper documentation of all on-ground campaigns, app downloads, AMBs onboarding,
and data collected.

Key Skills and Competencies:
● Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Marketing Expertise: Experience in on-ground promotional activities and event execution.
● Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with college authorities
and students.
● Data Handling: Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile applications, digital tools, and reporting software.
● Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage AMBs effectively.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
● Min. 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education or youth-focused
sectors.
● Fluency in the local languages and English.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Number of colleges visited per week/month.
● App downloads and registrations achieved.
● Number of AMBs onboarded and active participation from them.
● Feedback and data collection quality and quantity.
● Growth in market share within assigned territories.
