JD:
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Good knowledge of 3D modelling software
Role & Responsibilities
Greet & engage all customers, identify customer needs, provide accurate information to queries & show sincere enthusiasm.
Effectively present the product to Customer
Work on Drawings and presentation for clients
Prepare Mood boards
Attend Meetings with ARCHITECTS AND INTERIOR Designer
Visit sites for inspection and measurements
Take Follow up from clients, Architect & Interior Designer
Keep tracks and records on the latest market trends
Assist with all other duties as directed from superiors, from time to time.
Required Skills:
Detailed oriented with excellence problem solving and organization skills
Ability to apply sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors
Excellence verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Education and Experience:
Complete a qualification in Interior Design and a Bachelor degree majoring in Interior designing
Interior design certification highly preferred
At least one year related experience required
In depth knowledge of furniture system and finishes
Able to develop and present design concepts.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and provide appropriate responses.
Needs Analysis:
Ask probing questions to understand the customer’s requirements and pain points.
Recommend suitable solutions that align with the customer’s needs and offer value.
Objection Handling:
Address customer objections with empathy and information, aiming to overcome hesitations and misconceptions.
Provide clear and accurate information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Sales Process Management:
Keep detailed records of all interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM software or designated tools.
Follow the established sales process, accurately documenting and tracking the progress of each lead.
Sales Target Achievement:
Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize conversion rates.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, staying up-to-date with new offerings and updates.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and customer support to provide a seamless customer experience.
Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and successes to sales managers.
Qualifications:
Post Graduation
Proven experience in telesales, international sales, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with international customers.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in multiple languages may be a plus, depending on target markets.
Results-driven attitude and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
