Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC QC Engineer responsible for ensuring quality compliance in HVAC installations, inspections, documentation, and project handover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect HVAC installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals.
• Prepare and coordinate IRs, MIRs, NCRs, and other quality-related documentation.
• Monitor ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Witness testing & commissioning activities and maintain proper records.
• Maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and project quality records.
• Support project handover by ensuring all required quality documents are completed and approved.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
5. Sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
6. Must be target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic tech usage.
8. Must be willing to travel for site visits as and when required.
