Role & Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Book appointments and follow up with clients to arrange consultations with dietitians.
3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
4. Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
7. Work closely with the dietitians and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off and service delivery.
Requirements / Skills
1. At least 1 year’s experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
3. Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
4. Organized and able to manage follow-ups, schedules, and sales pipelines.
5. Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
6. Dependability, proactiveness, and customer-centred mindset.
