Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM & Tech Ops Executive with foundational knowledge in databases, hosting panels, and basic programming. The role prioritizes managing IndiaMart and website inquiries, maintaining web hosting environments, providing basic PHP/MySQL support, and assisting in website development and data analysis. Ideal for a Diploma holder or BCA graduate with strong task ownership and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities (Prioritized Order)
1. Database & Hosting Operations
• Basic handling of MySQL databases, including simple queries, updates, and backups.
• Manage web hosting panels such as OVI Panel, cPanel, and PHPMyAdmin.
• Monitor hosting performance, domain settings, SSL, and server-level configurations.
2. Basic Programming Support
• Assist with simple PHP code changes, error fixes, and small updates.
• Coordinate with senior developers for more complex requirements.
3. Lead Management & Online Inquiry Handling
• Manage IndiaMart inquiries, catalog updates, lead responses, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries from company website, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales for lead
conversion.
4. Website Development & Content Updates
• Assist in website development, content edits, page updates, product listings, and structural
improvements.
• Ensure site information, images, and product data are always updated.
5. Basic Data Analysis
• Prepare inquiry and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analyse data trends for IndiaMart and website performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics, or BCA graduate.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic working knowledge of:
– MySQL
– Web hosting panels (OVI Panel / cPanel)
– PHPMyAdmin
– PHP fundamentals
• Familiarity with website development or basic HTML/PHP structure.
• Experience managing IndiaMart or similar B2B portals.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong task ownership, ability to learn fast, and willingness to handle multi-disciplinary
tasks.

Key Responsibilities and qualifications
• Bachelors in Electronics & communication Engineering Background and should have Strong programming skills on C/Embedded C and C++ (basics).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on working with different embedded platforms.
• Experience in Design, Development, and Implement and troubleshoot Application and system level software in a variety of programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Micro-controller & Microprocessor (8bit, 16bit and 32bit).
• Working knowledge of handling electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, function generator, Network analyzer etc
• Extensive working experience on communication bus protocol like I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/RS232/RS422/ETH (10/100/1000) & related driver implementation.
• Good Understanding of CPU Architecture ARM, MIPS and PowerPC Hardware interfaces: Nand/NOR Flash, DDR SDRAM, PCI (variants).
• Candidate will have value added advantages if he has Hands on experience on Linux environment, BSP preparation/porting & Integration and other low-level HW interfaces.

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for B2B field sales of portable engineering goods, including identifying potential industrial clients, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires regular client visits, strong technical understanding, and consultative selling ability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Identify and generate new B2B leads in assigned territory.
• Visit factories, industrial plants, workshops, and engineering companies.
• Develop relationships with maintenance heads, plant managers, purchase managers, and technical teams.
• Map key industries and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate portable engineering equipment at client sites.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
3. Technical Selling
• Understand client application requirements.
• Recommend suitable portable engineering products based on usage.
• Explain product specifications, features, and ROI benefits.
• Coordinate with technical team for customized solutions (if required).
4. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns in coordination with service team.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily visit reports.
• Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and order status.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.
