Role Overview
We are seeking a Software & Embedded Systems Engineer who can bridge the gap between hardware and application software. The role involves developing embedded firmware, communication protocols, and POS software modules, while also supporting hardware design when needed.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop firmware in Embedded C for ARM microcontrollers.
 Handle data management and database integration.
 Design and implement communication protocols for microcontroller-to-device communication.
 Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation.
 Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure system-wide optimization.
 Provide backup support for PCB and circuit design.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
 5+ years of experience in embedded software
 Strong skills in Embedded C, C, C++, communication protocol design, and database handling.
 Debugging skills to decode and resolve software issues
 Experience in application development framework (.NET, Android, React, Flutter) shall be an additional advantage.
 Knowledge of ARM microcontrollers, PCB/circuit design basics. Work experience in related field shall be an additional advantage
 Exposure to mechanical 3D design tools (NX, SolidWorks) shall be an additional advantage
 Good communication skills.
 Very strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
 Ability to work independently as well as, in a task- oriented, dynamic team environment with a positive attitude.

Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM & Tech Ops Executive with foundational knowledge in databases, hosting panels, and basic programming. The role prioritizes managing IndiaMart and website inquiries, maintaining web hosting environments, providing basic PHP/MySQL support, and assisting in website development and data analysis. Ideal for a Diploma holder or BCA graduate with strong task ownership and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized Order)
1. Database & Hosting Operations
• Basic handling of MySQL databases, including simple queries, updates, and backups.
• Manage web hosting panels such as OVI Panel, cPanel, and PHPMyAdmin.
• Monitor hosting performance, domain settings, SSL, and server-level configurations.
2. Basic Programming Support
• Assist with simple PHP code changes, error fixes, and small updates.
• Coordinate with senior developers for more complex requirements.
3. Lead Management & Online Inquiry Handling
• Manage IndiaMart inquiries, catalog updates, lead responses, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries from company website, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales for lead
conversion.
4. Website Development & Content Updates
• Assist in website development, content edits, page updates, product listings, and structural
improvements.
• Ensure site information, images, and product data are always updated.
5. Basic Data Analysis
• Prepare inquiry and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analyse data trends for IndiaMart and website performance metrics.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics, or BCA graduate.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic working knowledge of:
– MySQL
– Web hosting panels (OVI Panel / cPanel)
– PHPMyAdmin
– PHP fundamentals
• Familiarity with website development or basic HTML/PHP structure.
• Experience managing IndiaMart or similar B2B portals.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description
Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized preferably Female HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting for various departments.
Onboarding & Induction: Design and lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
Payroll & Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws).
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, bridging gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and monitor the annual appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) and provide training recommendations.
Policy Development: Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Office Administration: Supervise day-to-day office operations and coordinate with vendors if required.

Required Skills & Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English/Regional language skills.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for payroll/data) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
Multitasking: Ability to handle recruitment pressure while managing administrative tasks.
Negotiation: Strong convincing and negotiation skills for salary discussions and vendor management.
People Management: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
