Responsibilites:
− Must provide day to day administration support and responsible for providing support to any queries which arise.
− Monitor/Optimize performance of information technology systems to determine cost and
− productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
− Manage the entire datacenter environment and translate/breakdown technical tasks to
− Service delivery manager for the junior team to action.
− Maintaining Documentation, High/ Low Level Design, diagrams and contribute towards guiding junior team
− Active Directory – audit windows logs, group memberships, GPO management
− WSUS and Patch Management (patching include windows servers, SQL servers, email servers,
− Citrix servers)
− Managing MSSQL server – query optimization, performance tuning, auditing and restoring SQL backups
− Must be able to manage/troubleshoot VMware Esxi host related incidents, host networking administration and storage management
− Build Powershell Scripts for repetitive tasks and let the junior team to run the scripts.
− EDR – Managing and proactively handling security events, following up with support team to drive resolutions.
− Work with support vendors to resolve complex issues.
− DevOps – Build and manage containerized environment, along with understanding of SDLC.
− Incident reports – Should take care of post incident reports and share it with clients as per
− defined SLA
Skills:-
− Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
− Minimum of 5 years of experience In VMware
− Should have Sound knowledge of MSSQL Databases, Query Optimization, patching and how back-ups work
− Minimum of 3 years of experience in scripting
− Experience in Technologies like SAN, Linux and Networking will be advantageous
