Responsibilities

1. Responsible to handle issues relating to Implementation of Software product,interfaces.
2. Responsible to look after global customers using tarantula product suite.
3. Interact closely with the development team to identify and rectify the issues and queries raised by the clients.
4. Technical support background (preferably application support)
5. Understanding data requirements.
6. Possess excellent communication, and presentation skills allowing him/her to initiate, develop and manage effective business relationships.
7. Take ownership of escalated issues and ensure follow-through to conclusions.
8. Work in close collaboration with various teams to achieve consistency of service delivery for all customers; as well as ensuring consistency of internal processes and procedures.
9. Strong skills in writing Stored
10. Procedures/Functions/Packages/Triggers.
11. Should be able to understand & analyse the query for MS-SQL Troubleshooting
12. Writing scripts for each release, test data creation, database dumps,
13. SQL’s performance tuning, schema creation.
