Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand PCD Pharma business across assigned territories.
Appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and super stockists.
Generate consistent business through strong market networking.
Handle customer coordination, negotiations, and order closures.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch and operations.
Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in PCD Pharma sales/business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong market knowledge and distributor network.
Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
Ability to handle clients independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing interior layout plans, detailed drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the design team in developing mood boards, material boards, and concept presentations.
• Conduct site measurements, surveys, and assist in supervision when required.
• Source and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor items as per design intent.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain samples, quotes, and specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and help with design revisions and updates.
• Stay updated with current trends, materials, and techniques in interior design.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge of software like SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, or any rendering tools is an advantage.
• Strong design sensibility, detailing skills, and aesthetic understanding.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle basic supervision under guidance.

* Designing and correction of pharmaceutical packaging artworks
* Handling labels, cartons, foils, inserts, bottles, and promotional materials
* Ensuring all artworks follow pharma regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
* Coordination with production, QA, regulatory, and printing vendors for artwork approvals
* Checking compositions, legal texts, barcode, batch details, manufacturing details, and print matter before finalization
* Maintaining artwork records, revisions, and approval documentation
* Reviewing and correcting packaging designs as per management instructions
* Supporting packaging development for new product launches
Required Skills:
* Good knowledge of pharma packaging standards and regulatory guidelines
* Expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
* Strong attention to detail and correction/review capability
* Knowledge of printing specifications and packaging materials preferred
* Ability to manage artwork approvals and coordination efficiently
Preferred Candidate:
* Candidate from pharmaceutical industry preferred
* Responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects
