Job Description:We are looking to hire dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows products, generating leads, and closing sales through field visits and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Actively generate and follow up on leads within the assigned territoryMeet with customers (builders, contractors, architects, etc.) to understand requirements and promote product solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partnersMeet monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales supportIdentify and develop new distributor relationshipsMaintain regular reporting on sales activities and market feedbackEligibility Criteria:Gender: Male (mandatory)Experience Preference:1st Preference: Candidates with sales experience in the building materials or uPVC windows & doors industry2nd Preference: Candidates with sales experience in other industriesBasic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM usage)Language Proficiency: English and Telugu (mandatory)Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics professional to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient dispatch management. The role is critical in building a scalable and disciplined warehouse function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations – inward, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns
- Ensure inventory accuracy (physical vs system reconciliation)
- Drive SOP compliance and maintain audit readiness
- Improve dispatch accuracy, OTIF, and warehouse productivity
- Optimize logistics costs and reduce operational leakages
- Coordinate with transport, QC, and cross-functional teams
- Build reports, dashboards, and review mechanisms
- Lead and manage warehouse and logistics teams
Candidate Profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in warehouse & logistics operations
- Background in OEM parts, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial distribution
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Hands-on, process-driven, and execution-focused
- Good team handling and stakeholder management skills
