10. Outstanding Payment collection

Needful Criteria:
• Excellent Working Relations with Architects in Gurgaon & NCR Region
• Excellent Communication & Rapport Building Skills
• Qualification: Graduation – Commerce or Engineering (BE or Diploma )
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years. High Preference from Windows & Doors Industry. Other could be glass or Kitchen Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Sales
Greet customers warmly and understand their jewelry requirements
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, or gemstone jewelry
Explain product details including purity, making charges, pricing, and certifications
Close sales and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

2. Product Knowledge
Have working knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry
Confidently explain carat, purity, hallmarking, and diamond certification
Stay updated with new collections and designs

3. Billing & Payments
Generate accurate bills using POS/billing software
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly
Assist with exchange, buyback, and repair-related documentation

4. Inventory & Display
Handle jewelry items carefully and responsibly
Assist in stock checking, tagging, and inventory maintenance
Ensure display counters are neat, organized, and attractive

5. Customer Service & Follow-ups
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
Follow up on orders, repairs, and customized jewelry
Maintain customer records for repeat business

6. Security, Compliance & Conduct
Follow all showroom security procedures strictly
Ensure safe handling of high-value jewelry
Mandatory police verification to be completed before joining
Willingness to undergo police/background checks as required
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct

 Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in jewelry or retail sales (preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
Presentable, honest, and customer-oriented personality
Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and during festive seasons
Basic knowledge of billing systems is an advantage
