Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager – Hygiene Products HORECA located located at our corporate office in New Delhi. Candidate must be having experience of selling Hygiene products viz. Hand Sanitizer, Foaming Hand Wash, Liquid handwash; Dish Cleaner, Grease-Cutter & Multipurpose Cleaner, Glass & Surface Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner; to HORECA i.e. Hospitals/Hotels, Restaurants/Cloud Kitchens, Caterers/Airlines/Railways, Facility Management Service providers (FMS), and Institutions etc. Must have existing relationships with purchase departments of the above, must know how to get product approvals done and grow sales.

Preference
Candidates having existing relationships with purchase departments of HORECA i.e.
Hospitals/Hotels, Restaurants/Cloud Kitchens, Caterers/Airlines/Railways, Facility Management
Service providers (FMS), and Institutions and selling experience of Hygiene products.

Qualifications:
Graduate (or higher) degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
Set sales objectives, establish sales forecasts, and develop action plans to drive sales growth.

Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, EPC contractors and end-users.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote products, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.

Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales activities to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers for valves products.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and other relevant documentation for management review.
Monitor sales performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure timely product delivery, resolve customer issues, and support marketing initiatives.

Industry and Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, Competition and emerging technologies related to valves.
Provide market intelligence and insights to the management team to support business decision-making.

Requisite Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree in
Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in the valves industry, with a focus on direct customer acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of valve products, applications, and industry standards.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
The results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to travel extensively.
