Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market and user research to identify unmet clinical and operational needs
• Perform competitive analysis of healthcare and AI products globally
• Contribute to defining product strategy and roadmaps with clearly prioritized features
• Work with design to prototype and validate user flows and product concepts
• Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs and user stories
• Support the product development lifecycle — from ideation to launch and iteration

• Monitor feature performance post-launch and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and track bugs
• Help manage stakeholder communications and internal demos
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in product management or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, visual
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and data interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, Miro, Excel
• Comfort working with APIs, databases, and system flows
• Demonstrated curiosity to learn new technologies, especially AI
• Prior exposure to healthcare or AI products is a strong plus
Bonus Skills
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or healthtech startup
• Familiarity with FHIR / HL7 / SNOMED / ICD standards
• Understanding of UX research and design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
