Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Execute on our sales strategy for wholesale distribution of South Indian
food items in the Tri-city area.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territory.
Channel & Distribution Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, retail outlets, etc.).
• Monitor distributor performance and ensure consistent product availability.
Market Intelligence:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and
recommendations.
Logistics & Operations Coordination:
• Work closely with the central kitchen and logistics team to ensure timely
delivery and product quality.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high
satisfaction levels.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
• 6 – 10 years of proven experience in FMCG/Food + Beverage sales,
channel sales, or distribution sales, preferably in food and beverage.
Leadership:
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation:
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills:
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Adaptability:
• Willingness to travel within the Tri-city area as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and Design: Develop visual concepts and designs for a variety of
pharma-focused advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Creative, Copy, and Account
Management teams to ensure designs align with client objectives and regulatory
guidelines.
• Adapt Branding Guidelines: Interpret and apply brand guidelines across all
creative executions to maintain consistency and uphold brand integrity.
• Oversee Project Execution: From ideation to final production, oversee the
execution of design projects and ensure deliverables are on time, within budget,
and of high quality.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns,
fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of design trends, especially
within pharma advertising, to produce innovative and effective designs that
resonate with the target audience.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards
for pharma advertising, and manage quality control across all creative outputs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual
Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a pharma
advertising agency or healthcare-related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates expertise in
pharma/healthcare-related design and advertising.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing
high-quality work.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
