Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Developer proficient in ReactJS, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building user interfaces, developing web applications, and automating UI workflows. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development (ReactJS)
- Develop responsive and interactive UI components using ReactJS.
- Implement reusable components and ensure smooth performance across devices and browsers.
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs.
Backend Development (.NET)
- Work with the team on modules requiring .NET integration.
- Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and application functionality.
UI Automation
- Build and execute UI automation test scripts.
- Identify UI bugs, create defect reports, and ensure regression testing.
- Work with QA and development teams to improve automation coverage.
Web Technologies
- Develop and maintain webpages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ensure UI/UX consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
- Document development and automation processes.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of UI Automation tools (Selenium/WebdriverIO/Cypress or similar).
- Understanding of RESTful API integration.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions across various levels.
- Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Stay updated with current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices in the IT industry.
- Ensure adherence to defined TATs and recruitment SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of core IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, job roles, and hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment tracking systems will be an added advantage.
