We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Cement Sr. Sales Officers to promoteand sell our cement products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge,excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:•Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, anddistributors.•Visit construction sites regularly to promote cement products and generate newbusiness opportunities.•Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide marketintelligence to management.•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.•Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features andbenefits.•Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment andcustomer satisfaction.•Expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.•Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with infrastructureprojects, contractors, builders, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) customers, individualcustomers, house builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and distributors.

Job Description:
•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
•Prepare and finalize financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
•Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
•Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.
•Prepare and file statutory compliance reports, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable tax returns.
•Monitor daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
•Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
•Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and internal departments during audits and financial reviews.
•Maintain and manage accounting software and ERP systems, including Tally Prime.
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company financial policies.
•Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making. Monitor cash flow, manage fixed assets, and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
