Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Respond to student enquiries and provide detailed information about IT training courses.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up with interested candidates.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the admissions and training teams regarding batch schedules.
• Achieve monthly enquiry follow-up and admission targets.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
• Update student records and follow-up status in the CRM or database.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

· Identify and acquire new corporate/workplace interior projects

· Generate leads through brokers, consultants, developers, PMCs, and direct clients

· Present company capabilities, design solutions, and value propositions

· Lead negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Client & Relationship Management

· Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, facility heads, real estate teams, and consultants

· Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase

· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Market & Strategy

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects

· Develop business development strategies across sectors (IT, corporates, MNCs, startups)

· Establish partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders

Internal Coordination

· Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams

· Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margins

· Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts

· Report directly to senior management

· Mentor junior team members (if applicable)

· Strong network with corporates, brokers, PMCs, and consultants

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project costing

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker

· Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings

Preferred Background

· Experience in office fit-outs and turnkey interior projects

· Exposure to medium to large-scale commercial projects

· Strong B2B sales closing track record
