Key Requirements:
Proven experience in senior leadership roles (VP/GM/Business Head level)
Strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Operations Management
Experience in the plumbing materials, sanitary ware, bathroom fixtures, building materials, or related industry
Expertise in dealer/distributor network management and business development
Experience in transportation, dispatch, procurement, and supply chain management
P&L management and financial planning experience
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products to clients in industrial and commercial segments.
- Handle client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or engineering products.
- Good understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or technical product sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
