  As a Technician in Engineering & Maintenance, your role is to provide technical support and assistance in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various equipment and systems within an engineering or manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
  
  Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role :        
  Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems. This may include mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.
  Troubleshooting and Diagnosis : Identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions in equipment or systems. Use diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical expertise to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions. Repair and Replacement : Repair or replace faulty components or parts in machinery or systems. Follow proper procedures for disassembly, reassembly, and calibration of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  Preventive Maintenance : Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, and calibration of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  
  Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory management. Document repairs, modifications, and adjustments made to equipment. Provide reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance as required. Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Follow relevant industry standards and regulations, such as lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety guidelines. Equipment Testing and Calibration : Conduct testing and calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Use specialized tools and instruments to measure performance parameters and adjust equipment settings as needed.

The candidate is ideally from a successful background, should have served for significant duration in Series B and Series C companies .

• Strong design sensibility, detailing skills, and aesthetic understanding.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle basic supervision under guidance.
