Job Description-
1. Experience in Clinical Pharmacy functions in a good healthcare establishment and a useful base experience of patient counseling on medication
Customer Orientation: .
1. Etiquette, Empathy, listening skills and good bedside manners
2. Disease and applicable Pharma knowledge
3. Good written and verbal communication including reporting accuracy
4. Adherence to time schedules and processes including safety procedures
5. Must have the ability to learn and retain complex material, pass tests demonstrating product and disease-related knowledge and deliver content to Customers verbally in a clear, effective and accurate manner in strict compliance with regulatory and other requirements.
6. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions in relation to the Product / Service provided.
7. Ability and willingness to travel locally
8. Requires morning and evening flexibility as necessary to meet customers’ schedules and coordinate accordingly
9. Detail-oriented, even when faced with highly repetitive tasks

Ability to set up practices and processes on Quality control such as patient communication, minimizing errors in prescriptions,etc
Excellent team player. Will need to interact with all relevant teams within Relex
Roles and Responsibilities:
To audit prescriptions to ensure rational use of drugs. If there is any variance from these, inform the prescribing Dr, document and make appropriate interventions.
To audit medical and medication history, check medication errors including prescription, transcription, dispensing and administration errors, identify drug interactions, monitor contraindications.
To review the dosing especially of customers enrolled in the Medication Adherence Integrated Program.
Monitor whether the patient is getting the appropriate dose according to the lab values in medical reports.
To monitor the adherence of medications prescribed and in case of non adherence inform the customer/family
In case of any errors informing the concerned physician regarding the escalation or de-escalation.
Training sessions for pharmacy staffs on policies of management of medications and Clinical Pharmacists on quality control
Regular follow up with doctors and patients for relationship/satisfaction management
