KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conduct engineering site survey to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of
residential or commercial solar power systems.
Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) including system components, for residential and commercial
buildings.
Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy
systems or components.
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system
commissioning, or performance monitoring.
Experience in erection, installation and commissioning in PV power projects &conducting electrical work
inspections.
System & Component Failure Investigations / Root Cause Analysis.
Understanding and designing in AutoCAD and coordinating with the installation team.
To provide an up-to-date daily status report of site. Day to day management and execution of site, monitoring the
workers and the work of contractor.
Coordination with vendors. Keeping record of Material and manpower.
Should have good Communication and coordination skills and knowledge of Email, MS Excel, word, Power Point
working.
Comfortable in traveling, required to travel & stay at various Work Location.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operations through remote monitoring of Distributed Solar projects and perform planned and
unplanned maintenance activities
Regular monitoring and inspection of Solar plants virtually & physically as required.
Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
Responsible for cleaning of panels , inspection , maintenance and repair of solar PV systems , Identifies
problems and perform corrective action plans & spare parts availability repair
Responds to emergency call outs Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed at Solar
parks / roof top / sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials
expended on work orders.
Performing for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims. Recording of data
record for generating Production / MIS reports, log reports etc.
Machine breakdown repair & coordination..
Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on – site installation , repair ,
maintenance , oversight , and modifications as required
Work directly with client personnel, as directed, third – party vendors to support project component (trackers,
inverters, balance of plant equipment) installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Preparation of Financial Models for Term Loan, Feasibility Report for CAPEX and RESCO Projects.
Analyzing the sources and application of funds.
Approaching new lenders for term loan/construction finance/LAP facilities and preparing presentations, project & group
level data, debt position of the company and other data as required to close the deal.
Coordinating for disbursements, repayments for existing lenders.
Working on non-fund based limit (Bank Guarantee).
Working with Internal & external auditor for streamlining operating procedures, internal compliances, MIS and reports for
business intelligence.
Preparation of Monthly Compliance reports for Investors.
Closely working with Business Development team & responsible for due diligence process including legal, valuation &
compliance aspects.
Compliances with Banks & Relationship management with lenders.
Treasury management.
Cost controls on interest rate, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills to solve issues and communicate with banking personnel at all levels.
Setting up ongoing communication with banks to tailor financial objectives and strategies.
Analyze the company’s financial outlooks & develop strategies that can increase the net worth and facilitate the business
operations.
Maintain strong banking relationships to ensure better interest rates, loan structures & better rates on deposits.
Analyze borrowing capacity and interest rates ahead of time for future business.
Developing strategies for elimination of financial risk.
