We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven SalesExecutives to join our team and work at Delhi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the vinyl flooring, and sports flooring segments. We are proactively looking for a Sales Executive in Delhi location. He will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and building the dealer network. The role involves interaction with dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and facility managers and to conduct site surveys, and give presentations to promote our products and services.

Jobs also include Preparation and submission of quotations, negotiating prices, and terms, and closure of deals.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree  in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience in sales of construction materials, flooring solutions, or any such industry which needs people to interact with architects and project sites.

3. Result oriented and ability to work independently

4. Willingness to travel frequently. Must possess a vehicle. 

5. Working knowledge of MS Office.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic FieldSalesManager to drive sales activities across Gurgaon and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the gynecology segment, and possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. We are looking for Field Sales Manager n Delhi and Gurgaon Location.
This role involves field visits, doctor engagement, product promotion, territory management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage sales activities across the assigned territories: Gurgaon and Delhi.
  2. Meet gynecologists, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote the company’s products.
  3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  5. Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  6. Ensure availability and visibility of products in the assigned markets.
  7. Deliver product presentations and participate in CMEs, medical camps, and promotional events when required.
  8. Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams for supply, product updates, and overall support.
