We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, and channel partner (CP) coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
· Handle end-to-end property sales including lead follow-ups and deal closures
· Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features and pricing
· Coordinate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CP visits)
· Generate sales through direct clients and channel partner networks
· Assist clients with bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups
· Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activity
· Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Experience in handling CP visits and broker networks
· Target-driven and customer-focused approach
· Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proven experience in real estate sales
