We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will work in-house to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
 Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
 Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
 Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
 Maintain employee records and HR documentation
 Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
 Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and compliance matters

Requirements
 Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or related role
 Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
 Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
 Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
