2. Set monthly collection strategy to achieve target.
3 .Negotiate with customer for disputed cases and take necessary approval from higher authority to solve disputed bills.
4 .Solve billing query as per contract &agreement with client.
5 .Set weekly schedule to follow-with each customer for overdue bills.
