Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Logistics
Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
procurement processes, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and
supplies to support our electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Management:
o Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish
procurement processes.
o Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials, equipment, and
supplies as needed.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in
procurement.
2. Logistics Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate transportation of materials to project sites, ensuring
timely and efficient delivery.
o Maintain relationships with logistics providers and manage shipping
schedules.
o Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
3. Supplier Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
o Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality and
reliability.
o Resolve disputes or issues with suppliers in a professional manner.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier
contracts.
o Prepare reports on procurement and logisticsactivities for management
review.
o Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with project managers and site teams to understand material
requirements and timelines.
o Collaborate with finance for budgeting and payment processes related to
procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Any graduate with relevant
experience
2-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the construction
or electrical projects.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to understand Electrical specifications as per industry standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Other requirements:
Relevant work experience should be in Bangalore only and should have connects
with electrical dealers/distributors and OEMs
Working knowledge of Kannada is a must
Must have a vehicle and should be able to travel in the city to meet vendors,
customers and other stakeholders.

Product Development:
Lead the formulation and development of skincare, haircare, and personal care

Project Management:

Formulation & Testing:
Supervise lab trials, stability studies, performance testing, and scale-up processes.
Documentation & Compliance:

compliance (BIS, FDA, EU, etc.).
Raw Material Evaluation:
Source and evaluate new raw materials in collaboration with procurement and
suppliers.
Team Supervision:
Manage and mentor junior chemists, technicians, and interns within the R&D lab.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, QA/QC, production, and packaging teams to ensure
product feasibility and quality.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay updated with market trends, consumer insights, and technological
advancements to fuel innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical
Sciences, or related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
Solid understanding of formulation chemistry, manufacturing processes, and
cosmetic regulations.
Proficiency in managing lab operations, stability testing, and product documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in natural/organic/clean beauty product development.
Familiarity with global cosmetic ingredient standards and labeling regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Oversight:

o Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and optimize
storage space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in cosmetics,
pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with contract manufacturing or third-party logistics (3PL).
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and inventory analysis tools.
