Key Responsibilities:
Locality & Market Analysis: Identify high-potential localities and analyze the volume of ongoing and upcoming construction work.
(Example: Borivali has more active projects than Matunga.)
Builder Categorization: Classify builders and projects based on scale, budget, reputation, and project type.
Lead Generation through Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to ongoing construction sites to identify new project opportunities.
Cold Calling to Builder Offices: Visit builder offices and secure appointments with key decision-makers
Architect Engagement: Seek meetings with principal and associate architects from structure architect firms to pitch project-based requirements.
Client Presentations: Introduce the company, showcase product samples, and present catalogues to prospective clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to win purchase orders and build long-term client relationships.
Market Intelligence: Collect and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback with the company.

Key Responsibilities:*
● Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
● Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
● Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
● Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
● Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
● Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
● Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
● Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly
*Requirements:*
● Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
● Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
● Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
● Good communication and negotiation skills
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets
● Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting.

Handling customer and ISO Audit
Handle Incoming Inspection
Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, and process capability analysis tests.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
Preparation of CAPA & SCAP
Reviewing and updation of all QA documentation
Handling customer complaints and resolving them on immediate procedural basis
Layout Inspection.
