Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and scale large enterprise applications in the maritime ERP domain using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
2. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to integrate REST APIs and business logic.
3. If experienced, contribute to front-end development using Angular (preferred).
4. Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control using Git/GitHub.
5. Leverage AI tools such as Cursor to boost productivity and automate repetitive development tasks.
6. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization tasks.
7. Work independently and proactively manage time and deliverables within a fast-paced remote or hybrid team environment.
8. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity.
9. Communicate effectively in English with internal stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in professional software development using .NET Core, MVC, and C#.
2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
3. Experience working on complex, large-scale applications — not just basic websites.
4. Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor AI.
5. Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Familiarity with front-end frameworks, especially Angular (preferred but not mandatory).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
8. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
9. A strong sense of responsibility and motivation to contribute to a team building impactful technology for the maritime industry.

vii. Conduct research and gather industry intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference programme.
viii. Communicate marketing plans and works closely with the various team members to ensure milestones of the events are on target.
ix. Provide excellent services and professionalism from pre-to-post events.
Requirements –
i. BMM Graduate or MBA Marketing.
