Overview
We are seeking a skilled Videographer to create high-quality video content for social media reels and
marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work in-house to produce engaging video content that
aligns with our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot and capture high-quality video content for Instagram reels and social media platforms
Plan and execute video shoots based on creative briefs and brand requirements
Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition for all video content
Collaborate with the creative team to align video content with marketing objectives
Maintain and manage video equipment and ensure technical quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 3-6 months of videography experience (freshers with demonstrated skills may apply)
Proficiency in operating professional cameras and video equipment
Understanding of video composition, lighting, and framing techniques
Knowledge of current social media trends and reel formats
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and creative visual sense.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will work in-house to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and compliance matters
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or related role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
