About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a social media marketing agency, with strong expertise in managing international clients, handling both organic and paid marketing campaigns, and overseeing web development projects. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone who can take ownership of client success and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the social media marketing team and oversee all ongoing campaigns and projects.
  2. Strategize, plan, and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
  3. Manage and communicate with international clients, ensuring timely delivery, performance tracking, and client satisfaction.
  4. Handle bidding and proposal writing.
  5. Collaborate with the web development team to align marketing strategies with website performance and SEO.
  6. Monitor analytics and provide insights to optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in digital and social media marketing.
  8. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members to achieve campaign and client goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency experience is a must).
  3. Proven experience managing international clients and executing high-performing campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, paid ad campaigns, and bidding processes.
  5. Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics tools.
  6. Exposure to web development and SEO concepts.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, gather necessary materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls, acting as a gatekeeper to prioritize urgent matters and ensure timely responses.
Travel and Logistics: Arrange and book business travel, visas, and accommodations, creating detailed itineraries.
Document and Presentation Preparation: Draft letters, reports, and presentations; transcribe and format documents for the MD.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive company and personal information.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with employees, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, including research, data collection, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Administrative Support: Perform various other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the MD’s office.
