Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for Modutec Panels in targeted markets
(infrastructure, data centers, industrial, and utilities).
Build strong relationships with electrical consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers to
influence tender approvals and project specifications.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals tailored to
customer needs.
Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure product solutions meet customer and
project requirements.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer demands to position
Modutec Panels strategically.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales
support in collaboration with the service team. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and
CRM records to support business growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:5 years in sales of electrical panels, switchgear, or related electrical infrastructure
products.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LV/MV panels, switchboards (IEC 61439), and power
distribution systems.
Business Acumen: Proven track record in B2B technical sales and tender-based selling.
Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and technical drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and set up travel and logistics for CXOs and
Directors
Prepare business decks, reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal
reviews
Draft official communication, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses across
channels
2.
Project & Operations Support
Track progress of internal and client-facing projects, support in ensuring timely
deliverables
Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and assist in reporting across functions (sales, ops,
marketing)
Support RFPs, tender documentation, and proposal coordination across both entities
3.
Marketing & Business Development Support
Assist with LinkedIn post drafting, company profiles, capability decks, and pitch prep
Coordinate with design, content, and outreach teams to execute marketing plans
Support lead generation tasks such as CRM upkeep, email campaign coordination,
and ICP research
4.
Strategic & Cross-functional Initiatives
Liaise with internal departments (engineering, HR, IT, compliance) to drive key
initiatives
Conduct research and summarize findings for new markets, partnerships, or product
lines
Assist in due diligence, client onboarding, and vendor/supplier coordination as
needed
Required Skills & Experience:
2–4 years experience in a business support / executive assistant / project
coordination role
Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal + written)
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven
environment
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and tools like Notion, Slack, or
Trello
Professional presence and ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
Bonus if You Have:
Exposure to cybersecurity, tech services, or industrial/manufacturing sectors
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Canva, or email marketing tools
Comfort working in an evolving startup-like environment
