Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace facilities.
- Monitor vendor activities and coordinate with external service providers.

- Maintain records related to attendance, administration, and facility management.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee administrative issues.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal coordination activities.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.
