Qualification : BTech/ BE in Mechanical
Experience : 8 to 12 years with Automotive Tier 1 Company / Manufacturing Industry
Company : Automobile Manufacturing
Preferred Age : up to 36 years
Candidate would be place for 1 year in Mohali (Punjab)and then shifted to Chennai plant.
Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Green filed projects, Knowledge of Molding, Mixing, Coating and Sheet Metal
process operations. Knowledge about – TS16949, ISO14001, ISO9001, OHSAS, Control Charts and
problem solving. Knowledge of Quality Tools, Six Sigma, Quality Assurance.
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
Areas of expertise required: Data Analysis and problem solving. Quality Tools, Six Sigma, Quality
Assurance.
Compensation: Will be matching the Industry and location.
Salary: CTC – 12 to 13 Lac Maximum (Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System
2. Analysis of Customer Compliant and Monitoring corrective and preventive action
3. Identifying scope for planning / implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency.
4. Carrying out modifications in equipment’s, process flow, working practices, consumables,
etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
5. Knowledge about Supplier quality assurance.
6. Knowledge of Quality Tools, Six Sigma,Quality Assurance.

The candidate should computer savvy well versed with latest GST Tally Version 9 and prepare the necessary GST Returns . Able to maintain all the necessary account books like Petty Cash Book, Cash and Bank Books, Customer Ledgers, Payment Receipts and Payments made to customers both manually and in the Computer system . General correspondence using MS Office Package and other related Billing software wrt to preparation of Invoices., etc. and other tasks assigned from time by the management.
