Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Core concepts of PHP and MySQL.
PHP Framework: YII, Code Igniter or Laravel ( at least 1-2)
CMS: Word Press, Drupal (at least 1-2)
E-Commerce Technologies: Magneto or Open Cart
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
Frontend technologies: Ajax, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML/CSS
Database: MySQL
Third party API: Should have worked on common third-party APIs like Facebook, Google, payment
gateways etc.
Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a self-learner with strong desire

Develop a website that meets client specification and improve overall site functionality using PHP

1. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
2. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements.
3. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.

5. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing
unplanned downtime.

10. Take ownership of the manufacturing policy, guidelines and any associated documents
11. Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes.
12. Report on manufacturing activities on a regular basis to the Management team, ensuring
accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators.
13. Deploying various methodologies to analysis processes and recommending modification to
minimize escalations, reduce rejections, Improve operating Efficiency, control variability,
cost and reduce cycle time.
14. Organize all production operations to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved.
15. Development and implementation of an Operational Excellence program (Best Practices)
which ensured continuous improvement in operations.
16. To implement and culture the Lean manufacturing system, TPM & TQM methodology among
the workforce.
