Job Objective: To ensure effective maintenance and updation of applicable systems for IT (E
connect etc.), MIS (Daily management and reporting etc.) and Lead Management
Primary Responsibilities:
1. MIS and Information Management
• Understand sales and marketing plans from superior and provide MIS support accordingly.
• Act as a central point for all key functions – Sales, marketing, operations and logistics and
finance and accounts with regard to data updation and information availability.
• Collate order indents from sales team and transfer the requirements to the Operations team
through updation on systems on time.
• Should have knowledge of ERP
2. Lead Management
• Ensure collation and updation of all leads generated by the sales team.
• Support the sales team in following up with the identified consumers and support in
conversion of the leads.
• Prepare require reports for the Lead management system.
3. Self Development
• Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
• Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working
4. Initiatives
• Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes
• *Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
